Janet Jackson’s FCC/CBS fine has been tossed out the door! The $550,000 fine resulted from the “wardrobe malfunction” (boob flashing incident) during Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake’s performance at the 2004 Super Bowl.

The reason for the chucking? The Philadelphia federal appeals court felt that fine was “based on an unjustified and unexplained change in agency policy.” Hmmm, I wonder if Janet and Justin will ever perform together again

This uncommon tattoo is a idea of eccentric man from Pacific Beach in San Diego, California . His tattoo of lady now have breast silicone implants but he got a horrible infection and had to have it all taken out. Incredibly, he said that after it heals up (IF it heals up), he was going to try it again all through infection almost cost him his leg.
